2. Baked Potato Recipe:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Wash 1 large raw potato about 200 g, rub with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, prick all around with a fork, wrap it in an aluminum foil. Cook it in the oven for around 90 minutes. Take 3 stalks of parsley and 5 stems of chopped chives. Mix it well with 150 grams of skimmed yogurt. Add 2 tbsp of water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut 1 spring onion into thin rings. Arrange baked potato with cottage cheese and 50 g smoked salmon.

3. Potatoes with radish and cucumber dip:

From 1/4 cucumber with spoon, scrape out the seeds, finely dice the cucumber. Cut 3 radishes into thin sticks. Cut 5 stems of chives into small rolls. Mix everything with 200 g of skimmed yogurt, 1 teaspoon linseed oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with 200 grams of boiled potatoes.
